I had a bit of diarrhea this morning, plus shoulder pain and dizziness (maybe dehydration), so I was a bit idle most of the day. Reading a wildness first aid guidebook in the morning, the more I read, the more I feel that there are deadly poisons, venoms, parasites, bacteria, and viruses lurking around me. Even swimming in a freshwater lake might have chance to get some parasites from some snails (they get into your skin and make you sick); not to mention breaking arms and twisting legs, burns, frostbites, cuts, choking… so be sure to keep first aid kit close to you all the time.
In the afternoon, I was reading Professor Chen Jiaying’s Moral Philosophy discussion “What is a good life”. The words are concise but precise. It is not a boring book at all, as there is no lack of humor, and the more I read, the better I felt.
In the evening, I ate the pan-fried pizza made by J and immediately regained my vitality.
